Wescott East By-election Thursday 25th November

On 25th November we have an opportunity to take control of Wokingham Town Council in the by-election following the resignation of the Conservative councillor in Wescott East.  I am standing for election and I'm asking for your help to knock another brick out of the Blue Wall.

We have won seats from the Conservatives in the last 3 local elections in Wescott but only by narrow margins, and we know the election will be hotly contested given the stakes.  The more we can listen to, talk with and explain our case to residents in Wescott East the more likely we are to continue our winning run.

Wescott is always a hard place to win, but we have had a good reception to our literature and campaign messages whilst knocking on doors.    Getting voters to turn out for a town council by-election can be a challenge, and we still need more door-knockers on polling day Thursday 25th November.  Alternatively, if you can deliver literature in the morning or be our representative at the polling station during the day that could free up others for door knocking.  Please sign-up below.  We'll make sure you know what you need to do if this is your first time volunteering

Thank you so much for your help.

(Can't help this time?  We also need to fund this election - imposed upon us by the Tories - from our reserves for next year.  You can help us with a regular or one-off donation via our Donations Page)
