Prue Bray at Lib Dem Autumn Conference12.00.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 18th Sep 2008
Prue Bray attended the highly successful Lib Dem party conference in Bournemouth from 13th - 17th September. She says "This was a truly significant conference. We have laid out our priorities clearly for everyone to see - tax cuts for those at the bottom of the heap, and support for clean energy, fairer elections and for the freedoms that the British have traditionally enjoyed. And over the next few months the party is setting out to engage with more voters than ever before by knocking on no fewer than one million doors across the country. Over the past 20 years we have grown out of all recognition as a party and I believe that Nick Clegg has put us firmly on course to do even better in the future."
